The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the railway station and the shopping street. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist. I particularly enjoyed the modern room design and cleanliness, along with the nice size showers that added comfort to my stay.
The noise from the street could be a bit distracting at times.

Easy access to the main street in Nice, France. It's difficult to find a budget hotel in such a destination as the French Riviera, but this one met the challenge. All I really require from a hotel is that it have a comfortable bed and a working shower and toilet. I'm not that picky since I don't spend most of my time in the hotel. The beach and Mediterranean Sea were wonderful although the weather deteriorated while there. But parasailing on the French Riviera is a great experience and the food in town was delicious. People watching is also a favorite. It's just a 20 minute trip to Monaco and all the opulence one person can take.

We enjoyed our stay, especially the amazing breakfast with fresh pastries. The location was perfect for exploring the Promenade des Anglais, a delight for our kids. The staff was friendly and helped us find local sights to enjoy.
In my wife's opinion, the parking situation could improve.

Modern and stylish venue, handy location just off the old town/beach/market, many restaurants and shops, supermarkets as well as the train station and the promenade and the Old Town and the sea front. Well decorated and modern rooms for a single bed, good stay! Helpful staff, fantastic services, including a wide array of savoury delicacies.

The hotel offered a wonderful birthday surprise with room decorations and complimentary champagne. The cute staff, especially at check-in, enhanced the experience, offering helpful recommendations for local dining. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh cheese bread and a variety of options, made mornings good. The hotel lacks parking facilities, a bit inconvenient, and some noise from the street was noticeable despite good sound isolation.
